Independent AI video editor · keep the motion

AI Genjutsu Video Generator

Change the look, keep the motion. Start from a clip you already have, add a reference image and restyle the performer into a new character, or change an object or the background, while the original movement and camera stay in place.

What is AI Genjutsu?

AI Genjutsu is a video-to-video editor built around the Genjutsu-style workflow: the source clip supplies the movement, timing and camera path, and a reference image supplies the new look.

Use Motion Transfer to put the whole performance on a new character, or Object Swap to change one thing in the shot. It is an independent tool, not the Higgsfield product.

What you can change in a clip

Pick one kind of change per run. The rest of the shot is kept as close to the source as the model allows.

How to make an AI Genjutsu video

Four short steps from the clip you have to the version you want.

  1. 1

    Add your source clip

Upload an MP4 or MOV you own. Motion Transfer takes 4–30 seconds, Object Swap 4–15 seconds.

  2. 2

    Pick what to change

Choose Character, Outfit, Product, Background or Style. Each card sets up the right editing mode for you.

  3. 3

Add a reference and a short direction

Upload a JPG or PNG of the new look, then describe the change in one sentence or start from a preset.

  4. 4

    Check the price and generate

The credit cost is shown before you start. Render at 720p to test, then 1080p for the version you keep.

Tips for cleaner results

  • Start with 4–8 second clips. Short takes hold together best.
  • Keep one main subject in frame and avoid people crossing in front of each other.
  • Steady or slow camera moves track better than fast whip pans.
  • Use a sharp, evenly lit reference that shows everything you want changed.
  • Change one thing per run. To change two things, run the result again.
  • Test an idea at 720p, then render the keeper at 1080p.

Dance & trends

Put a new character into a dance or trend clip without re-filming. The steps, beat and camera stay as you shot them.

  • Recast a trend with your own mascot
  • Turn a rehearsal into a finished character video
  • Try one routine on several characters

What stays the same, and where it can drift

Results are generated, not pixel-identical to the source. Plan your clip with these limits in mind.

What stays the same

  • Movement, choreography and timing of the source clip
  • Camera path and framing
  • Everything you did not ask to change, as closely as the model allows

Where it can drift

  • Fingers wrapped around a product can merge or change shape for a few frames.
  • Long hair and loose clothing may differ during fast spins.
  • Small logos and packaging text are not guaranteed to stay exact.
  • With several similar people, say clearly which one should change.

What is Genjutsu AI motion transfer?

Motion transfer takes the movement and camera path from your clip and rebuilds the performer and scene from one reference image.
